Richard Alary acts as President and unique owner of the company since its launch. With his experience of the cellular phone market and his large network of contacts, he plays a major role with respect to the success of the company and its corporate development.
Since 2003, David Milord, in addition to holding the position of Director of Operations, also takes care of managing the company (customer service, activations, management of orders, management of inventory, purchasing, staff supervision, etc.). He also plays an important role with respect to market development of “voice-data”. David has in fact received the “Level 3 Specialist” certification from ROGERS.
The team continuously takes part in training sessions and knows the different products and services available very well, namely with respect to data transmission.
The TEL-LOC team is formed by people who are responsible for tasks of an operational, administrative and financing nature.
