If you are about to buy or rent a satellite phone at Tel-Loc Inc, but you see a lower price on another retailer website:

A product expert will check the price of the satellite phone in question. He will then check if the item is available online for immediate sale and delivery. If this is the case, we will match the price of this competitor.


If you made your purchase before the entry into force of this best price guaranteed policy, on February 18, 2014 , this policy does not apply.


Some other conditions:


Satellite phone announced must to be sold by an authorized Canadian retailer.


The web page in question must be on a satellite phone from the same brand and same model, it must be new, still in box factory, sealed and covered by the manufacturer's warranty applicable in Canada.


The prices quoted by the competition must be in Canadian dollars. These prices will be modified to take into account the shipping costs, taxes and others fee, if this is the case .


Our best price guarantee does not apply to errors in web publishing, special prices for volume customers or dealers, limited offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, free offers, on products from the original manufacturers, offers limited by a limited or minimum quantity or limited period, closeout, liquidations and financing offers.

Free Shipping Policy

Delivery is free on all orders of $ 500 or more, before federal and provincial taxes, on shipping method UPS - UPS Standard or Federal Express - Express Econome.


We ship to physical addresses only. Transportation costs are based on packages of 3 pounds maximum. If your order weighs more than 3 pounds a surcharge will be applied.


Orders placed before 14hrs will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 14hrs will be processed the next business day.


At any time, you will be able to track your package in "My account". If you don't see the link "My account", in the top right, it's because you must to create an account. We will send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking number.

Out of stock

It may happen that some items offered are out of stock. In such a case, a member of our staff will contact you by email to inform you of the delivery times. Return Policy & Warranties

All sales and rentals of products are final.


Tel-Loc Inc. will honor the manufacturer's warranty for all telecommunication devices on our website. If you are having problems with an item within the warranty period, simply fill out our feedback form using the instructions provided below.

Our department of customer service will then send you a confirmation email detailing your request as well as the current status of your return. You MUST have on hand the original packaging to qualify.


Please note that the only additional cost to process your return will be the ones carrying your address to our office. We assume all other other handling and transportation related to your request.

Return Procedure

Download the return form. Fill in all fields and submit the form. Send your item to the following address: 270 St-Antoine Ouest, mezzanine level, Bur. 310, Montreal, QC, H2Y 0A3.


We recommend you use a shipping method that will allow you to track your parcel. Canada Post, UPS or Fedex all offer this service. We will contact you via email within 5 business days of receiving your order to confirm the validity of your request for a replacement. Once your application is processed, we will email you to inform you of the shipment of your new item.

Damaged goods due to shipment


If your package has been damaged during delivery, keep the original box and follow the instructions to replace your order. email with a brief description of the facts. Do not forget to include your order number and contact information.


Within 24 hours of receipt of your package, please contact the shipping company to inform them of the situation. Ask inspection of damaged package. Ask the carrier to return the package in Tel-Loc Inc in the return address on the original box.
